Yukon Expedition
Task: We are going on an expedition to the Yukon following the gold rush of 1897. We need to find out how we’re going to survive the trip.
Process:
- You will break up into three big groups. Within the big groups, you will break up again into teams of two or three.
- Each team will conduct research on one smaller piece of the bigger topic. Be sure to answer each question fully.
- When you finish, come back to the big group and share your research.
- The big group will then work together to create a Power Point presentation combining everyone’s research.
- You will then give your presentation to the rest of the class.
- Afterwards, you will need to write a short report on your findings.
