Volunteer Process and Forms
To be a volunteer, you must fill out a volunteer application, and send it to Delfina Castro at dcastro(at)stbernadetteschurch.org.  If you are serving the youth of our parish you also need to:

1.  Register with virtus online.

2.  Sign the next to last page of the youth policy manual.

3.  Attend a workshop, click here for dates and times.

4.  Schedule a fingerprinting appointment with the diocese with this form.
