The Archdiocese of Washington provides FBI/state criminal background investigation and live scan fingerprinting services for employees and volunteers of Archdiocesan location.
Fingerprinting is by appointment only.

Please bring a Photo ID as a proof of identity. Also, payment is due at the appointment. Bring a check or money order, payable to C.J.I.S. for $42/employee or $36/volunteer. No cash, please.
