Last year, 45% of our students received over $200,000 from all sources of support to sustain their Catholic school education. Archdiocesan aid fell for these 117 students so the parish increased its support to pick up the slack, even though the pandemic also has impacted the church’s offertory. School fundraising was limited further because the Gala and was canceled, but the support of the school families, the community and our alumni helped make ends meet!

The Saint Bernadette School “Fund-a-Scholar” appeal is an alumni-driven program where alumni and friends of the school can make a contribution to help provide additional need-based tuition assistance, beyond current financial aid sources. Launched in 2019 by the Class of 1962, nearly 100 families have been helped by this fund to date.
