BOOST Scholarship Applications are open

Great news from the Maryland Catholic Conference:

Even as BOOST scholarship budget hearings continue here in Annapolis — we are working to ensure the proposed funding remains and the program remains open to new students — starting this week, parents can apply for next fall's scholarships.

The Maryland State Department of Education said it will accept applications through May 3, 2024, for the 2024-25 school year. BOOST state scholarships provide expanded educational options to parents with limited financial means for their children, including Catholic schools.

What to do:

Review the application guidelines (income limits apply)
Attend a parent question session (Feb. 29 to March 20; three with Spanish interpreters)
File your tax return
Complete and submit your scholarship application (new and returning applicants)
